  1. Any entity of Master rank in the Union of Free Guilds (UoFG) may act as a Mentor to an entity seeking Internship.
    1. A Mentor entity acts as counsel to the Intern and offers assistance with instruction and compliance of the UoFG mandates.
    2. A Mentor entity must attend all meetings pertaining to the Intern entity.
    3. A Mentor entity must help the Intern entity learn the mandates, but the Intern entity and its leadership is responsible for their own actions. The Intern entity should take the initiative to learn the mandates before applying to the Union of Free Guilds.
  2. Mentor and Intern entities must each submit a report by the seventh of each month. Templates for these reports may be found in the "Monthly Mentor Reports" Section below.
    1. At the end of each month Intern and Master entities shall receive a test from the Magistrate in which the Intern will need to answer mandate questions to demonstrate their knowledge of forum mandates.
 
 
  1. Mentor entities will receive a payment of 20 CP upon acceptance of the Intern entity.
  2. Mentor entities will receive a payment of 20 CP upon the completion of internship of the Intern entity.
  3. Both the Mentor and Intern will receive a payment of 20 CP monthly for properly submitted reports.
  4. Failure to submit timely reports results in a 1CP/day fine to be deducted from the report earnings.
