An entry Guild must be numbered at 15+, and upon submission of the application at least 15 members on their roster must have correct information for the entity in their profile.
An entry Clan must be numbered at 10+, and upon application at least 10 members
on their roster must have the correct information for the entity in their profile.
Example of correct information: "Entity Name" - "Rank (dice)" - UoFG and should be listed in Lifestream through AOL
A Guild or Clan must be in existence for at least 90 days, and must show proof when submitting their application for Intern status. An entity that does not meet these requirements may apply for Fledgling status.
A Grand Commander and Deputy Grand Commander must be able to adhere to the rules of the forum and are subject to be tested on any of the laws and bi-laws of the government of UoFG.
Rosters will be audited regularly by the Parliament, at the rate of two per month. A roster that falls below the guidelines (listed below) will have 48 hours to make the necessary corrections. If this entity cannot do so, they will be subject to penalties such as CP fines or removal. A removed Guild or Clan may reapply at any given time as long as they meet the guidelines, however they will restart at zero.

A clan must submit a Regulation Roster, Enhancer Roster, and General Roster every month. The information contained on them must be valid. A valid submission is good for 30 CP (or 10 CP per roster).
A clan may designate one member of their clan to be a representative for forum meetings. The Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, Clan Representative individually or in any combination must attend at least one forum meeting every 6 weeks. Only the Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, or Clan Representative will be counted towards earning 30 CP for forum meeting attendance.

Only the Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, or Guild Representative will be counted towards earning 30 CP for forum meeting attendance.

A Fledgling entity may still apply for admittance even if they do not meet the requirements or membership duration.
Acceptance is up to a vote by the Parliament.
Failure to reach acceptance at Fledgling status does not preclude an entity from reapplying when they have met the requirements for standard application to Intern status.
Such entities are considered Fledgling until such a time as they meet the minimum requirements for admittance as Intern status and have built up a bank of at least 300 CP. They will also need to secure a Master entity to act as a Mentor.
Fledgling entities have several restrictions.
They cannot own enhancers, even if they meet the CP requirement to purchase one.
Fledgling entities may not cast a vote in forum-wide ballots, although theyare still eligible to participate in the debate process.
Fledgling entities may not declare war, or enter into a formal state of war with another entity.
A Fledgling entity must submit a Regulation Roster and General Roster every month. The information contained on the rosters must be valid. A valid submission earns no CP for a Fledgling entity.
The Grand Commander or Deputy Grand Commander of a Fledgling entity, individually or in any combination must attend at least one forum meeting every 4 weeks. They will get paid half for their attendance (15 CP).
Each Fledgling entity is allowed 1 plot of land. They will receive half CP credit (50 CP) at the end of each month for their land credit. They may not purchase additional lands.

Intern:
An entity on Intern status must work with a Master entity (their Mentor) and submit a monthly Mentorship Report until such time as they are qualified for Intermediate status.
Upon acceptance into the forum an Intern entity is given 1 parcel of land.
An Intern entity must submit a completed Command Doctrine before it can graduate to Intermediate status.
Intermediate:
In order to qualify for Intermediate status an entity must reach a total CP account total of 1000 CP.
In order to maintain Intermediate status a guild must earn 1000 CP per period.
Master:
In order to qualify for Master status an entity must reach a CP account total of 2000 CP.
Upon reaching Master status an entity is awarded vouchers for 1 Offense or 1 Defense +1 enhancer and 1 Support +1 enhancer.
Upon reaching Master status a Guild must earn 2000 CP per period.
A Master entity may act as a Mentor guild for an Intern guild.
Probation:
An entity is placed on probationary status for failure to fulfill their minimum obligations. These can include, but are not limited to:
Failure to submit their rosters for an entire month.
Failure to attend forum meetings in accordance with their entity requirements.
An extended period of inactivity from forum events at the recommendation of the Parliament.
An entity that over spends its CP bank (accrues a balance below 500 CP) is placed on probationary status.
An entity that is placed on probationary status will be removed from probationary status once they fulfill the obligations that originally caused the probation.
An entity that does not manage to be removed from probationary status and shows no progress toward that goal after a full month is subject to dismissal from the forum.
Becoming a House:
A Clan may become a House.
A Guild may not become a House.
A House must be no smaller than 15 people, but no larger than 45 people.
A House must submit a Regulation Roster, Enhancer Roster, and General Roster every month. The information contained on them must be valid. A valid submission is good for 45 CP (or 15 CP per roster).
A House may designate one member of their Guild to be a representative for forum meetings. The Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, Guild Representative individually or in any combination must attend at least one forum meeting every 4 weeks. A House obtains 1 Offensive or Defensive +1 enhancer, 1 Parliament issued enhancer (+1 Perception or +5 Initiative), and 1 Support enhancer vouchers upon changing from Clan status.
Requirements:
A Clan must hold Master stats for one mun year.
A Clan must hold two parcels of land for one mun year.
A Clan may not have been late on roster submissions more than once in that mun year.
All of these requirements must be met simultaneously for the duration of one mun year before filing to upgrade from a Clan to a House.
Becoming a Kingdom:
A Guild may become a Kingdom.
A Clan may not become a Kingdom.
A House may become a Kingdom.
A Kingdom must be no smaller than 30 people.
A Kingdom must submit a Regulation Roster, Enhancer Roster, and General Roster every month. The information contained on them must be valid. A valid submission is good for 60 CP (or 20 CP per roster).
A Kingdom may designate one member of their Guild to be a representative for forum meetings. The Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, Guild Representative individually or in any combination must attend at least one forum meeting every 4 weeks. Only the Grand Commander, Deputy Grand Commander, or Guild Representative will be counted towards earning 30 CP for forum meeting attendance.

An entity can be dismissed from the forum for constantly being on probation status.
An entity whose members are found to be constantly disruptive to the operation of the forum may be subject to dismissal.
An entity whose commander is removed from the forum risks being dismissed. This is subject to a case by case review by the Parliament.
