"The Emperor Xotsis Rhex has decreed that, effective immediately, all citizens ages 14 - 25 will be seized to be trained to serve for the Imperial Army. Any found to be in violation of this decree will be subjected to incarceration and extensive penalties."

((Just to clarify on this now, so confusion is not brought about. Imperials will be doing PoW matches for said age groups, should they meet resistance. RM matches will also be allowed against any of the Imperial soldiers by family, friends, or guild mates if they are captured, and there after capture is not permanent. Muns of imperial soldiers will work with the storyline so that your character will be able to return home.))

"The Emperor Xotsis Rhex has decreed that in exchange for his allowance of your lands that a Prema Noctune is in place. Lords of the Imperial Army will have the first night with any newly married maiden. Those caught in non-compliance will be quartered."

"Emperor Xotsis Rhex has signed a decree increasing the taxes on imports, passages, and houses to be in effect immediately. Any who refuse to comply will risk all their assets being seized, or arrest."
